Campers will engage in a variety of interactive and educational activities that aim to enhance their skills and boost their confidence. These may include team-building exercises, creative arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and technology workshops focusing on accessibility tools.
The Space Camp Summer Camp encourages campers to meet new friends and experience campus-life at SCSDB!
Campers must:
- Have a hearing or vision loss that affects learning
- Be a South Carolina resident
- Meet the age requirements of the camp (ages 8 - 14)
- Be toilet-trained
- Have the physical, mental, and behavioral capabilities to benefit from the programs offered during the camp
Day Camp Option: For local students with parent-provided transportation
Residential Option: Provides free transportation to camp (NOTE: Parents must pick up their children at the end of camp by 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 2026)
